Like a mixtape, The SSM Band covers many different genres including nostalgic classic rock, upbeat blues and contemporary hits that’ll keep you pleasantly surprised about what’s next. As covered in The Oaklandside, Six String Mixtape started in 2021 as an acoustic duo busking from an Oakland patio to provide music for walkers, bikers, dog-walkers and passerby.
